Introduction to Kahoot

      

     -Kahoot is a learning platform based on games and entertainment.It has a grading system, which puts students into a friendly competition.We can arrange four types of activities: quiz, discussion, survey and jumble, all of which can be customized with a title, description, image and even video.Creators of an activity form questions and 4 answer choices for every each question in a quiz.They also impose a time limitation.It is really a simple platform to use.After completing preparing your activity, you can share game pin that Kahoot will give you with your students.

Conveniences

1-It's a free application and there is no limitation for devices.It's up to you to decide which device to connect with (tablet, mobile phone, computer).

2-Its range of use is large.You don't have to be a teacher to make use of Kahoot.You can organize discussions or surveys for your business or daily lifes.For instance, you may want to know what people think about a current issue.Kahoot can be useful at this point.

3-It provides us with statistical information about students' performance, which will be guide to our teaching.For example, you can see which question is the hardest one for your students and repeat the relevant course subject to the question.

4-Students don't have to create an account, because they can attend to activities as anonymous users, which reduces their nervousness, shyness.
